As per the orders of the Finance Ministry, the Indian International Economic Service issues No Objection Certificate to the citizens of Indian and non-Indian origin for their international amount.
वित्त मंत्रालय के आदेश के अनुसार, भारतीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आर्थिक सेवा भारतीय और गैर-भारतीय मूल के नागरिकों को उनकी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राशि के लिए अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र जारी करती है।
 

For No Objection Certificate for any type of international amount, it is mandatory for the owner of that amount to obtain a payment book from the International Finance Commission of India giving complete details of the international amount received.
किसी भी प्रकार की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राशि के लिए अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए उस राशि के स्वामी को भारतीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्त आयोग से एक भुगतान पुस्तिका प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है जिसमें प्राप्त अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राशि का पूरा विवरण दिया गया हो।

​In case of international money transactions, it will be mandatory to obtain certificate of International Revenue Accounting and Financial Reforms from the National Financial Reporting Authority.
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय धन लेनदेन के मामले में, राष्ट्रीय वित्तीय रिपोर्टिंग प्राधिकरण से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राजस्व लेखांकन और वित्तीय सुधार का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा।

​After the certificate from NFRA, it is mandatory for the applicant to obtain Form 28 certificate from the International Finance Commission of India.
एनएफआरए से प्रमाण पत्र के बाद आवेदक को भारत के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्त आयोग से फॉर्म 28 प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।

फॉर्म 28 सर्टिफिकेट लेने के बाद अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए एन.ओ.सी. शुल्क जमा करना भी अनिवार्य है, यह शुल्क अंतरराष्ट्रीय राशि के आधार पर हर साल बढ़ता और घटता है।

​After depositing the N.O.C fee, the final No Objection Certificate Form 28 B will be issued, through which all restrictions on international funds will be removed forever, and withdrawal of funds will start.
एन.ओ.सी. शुल्क जमा करने के बाद अंतिम अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र फॉर्म 28 बी जारी किया जाएगा, जिसके माध्यम से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फंडों पर लगे सभी प्रतिबंध हमेशा के लिए हटा दिए जाएंगे और धन की निकासी शुरू हो जाएगी।
